Return Policy
Merchandise returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped at customer’s expense except when the return is a result of Red Gold’s error, which shall be determined in Red Gold’s sole discretion. All returns must be pre-approved in writing. Please note that returns of food products will not be pre-approved unless the food product is defective.
